Job Description:
Centice Corporation is seeking a Hospital Sales Director to work with hospital or health system customers in a professional services consulting and selling role to demonstrate, implement, and manage Centice' product offerings. The pharmacy sales process will include a complete needs assessment with respect to possible automation and technological solutions.

The ideal candidates must have the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of successful field sales experience

• BS degree

• Successful track record with capital or conceptual selling

• Experience and familiarity with pharmacy business models

• Established rolodex of key industry (local and regional) customer contacts

• Demonstrated successful prospecting for new sales opportunities via data mining, cold calling,

  networking, follow-up on referrals, web site inquiries

• Experience creating a territory business plan

• Demonstrated meticulous follow-up and excellent customer care

• Pharmaceutical industry or chemical analysis experience a plus

• Support marketing with pertinent market-specific information as needed

• Attend all approved local and national trade shows and sales functions

• Proven track record with large scales presentations and the closing of large opportunities
